25-2391 New Projects Engineer (IT)

Position responsible to ensures the management of technological solutions, databases, and applications within NAL Mexico's operational environment, managing internal development and external IT projects, and ensuring the complete lifecycle of technological developments, these activities are carried out in accordance with agile methodologies, software development standards, and project management guidelines such as Scrum, PMI, and ISO/IEC 27001, with the purpose is to guarantee the operational continuity of systems, process efficiency, application scalability, and information security.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development with languages such as PHP, C#, and Angular
• Over 5 years of experience in managing relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Over 3 years of experience in integrating API's and web services such as REST, SOAP and GraphQL
  
• Over 3 years of experience in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and Scrum
• English (Advanced)

Training and knowledge required:

• Analysis and troubleshooting in software development
• Validation of new software, with knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) for incident, problem, and change management (tickets) - Preferable
• Knowledge of virtual and physical server environments, as well as local and external network environments - Preferable
• Knowledge of vulnerability analysis for secure application development - Preferable
