26-2607 Process Engineer (Molding Engineering)
Descripción
Carry out the activities, adjustment and validation of the injection process parameters to ensure the optimization of cycle times in molded parts that meet established quality standards. Perform validation of engineering changes in molding and development of parameters for new projects in the launch phase.
Requisitos mínimos
Scholarship:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanic, Electric Engineering or related.
Experience:
-7 years of experience in plastic injection and molding troubleshooting.
-3 years of handling and setting robots (Yushin, Yaskawa) for parts take out and jigs adjustment.
-3 years of development of molding set up in new projects.
Technical Skills:
-Optimization of molding processes and continuous improvement mindset of working practices.
-Analysis capability to identify root cause and stablish countermeasures in molding process issues and set the standard to similar processes.
-Quality criteria knowledge to be applied to the molded parts produced.
-Apply systematic method for molding process development.
-Reading and understanding of drawings of part number and Knowledge of resin and/or chemical ownership.
Skills and knowledge:
-CQI-23 | Evaluation of special process molding systems.
