26-2665 Customer Service Engineer

Position responsible of maintain communication with customers to know their requirement, in order to create production plans according to established capacities.

Main functions and responsabilities

• Have a work culture aligned with the mission of the company, always looking for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with customer and internal people to solve and customer complain.
• Check and follow up customer delivery and internal production.
• Share production plan information with production and purchasing departments.
• Study manpower plan of shop floor based on production plan.
• Create production/inventory plan based on requirement and capacity.

Requirements:

• English (advanced).
• Bachelor degree (Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, International Bussines or related).
• Experience in similar position in automotive manufacturing industry - 2 years.
• Production plan management - 2 years.
• Supply chain experience - 2 years.

Required knowledge / skills

• TOYOTA production system.
• Negotiation.
• MRP management.
• Excel (advanced).
