26-2667 Production Assistant Manager

Ensure and achieve the production program according to KOITO group manufacturing standards (KPS), guaranteeing that the manufacturing of components and lamps follows a fluid and efficient process by coordinating and organizing workflows, applying and monitoring problem - solving tools; working and managing the staff under his/her charge supported by the support areas, prioritizing safety, quality, productivity and 6S, to contribute to the continuous improvement and profitability of the company.

Requirements:

-Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree Industrial, Mechanic or related Engineering.

Experience:

-Lean Manufacturing (Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, 6S, JIT, Takt Time) 5 years.

-Knowledge about quality standards and criteria 8 years.

-Coordination of production and/or manufacturing areas 5 years.

Technical knowledge:

-Verbal and non-verbal communication and use of communication tools. (Advanced)

-Analyze problems and propose and implement improvements to the processes in charge.

-Knowledge of assembly processes, plastic injection, painting or metallizing.

-Manage the competence and development of the staff in charge.

-Office.

Skills:

-Efficiently manage resources (5M's) to meet objectives.

-Manage and lead work teams to achieve objectives.

-Advanced English.
