Scholarship:

-Bachelor/Engineering; Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related.

Experience:

-2 years of experience at automotive industry.

-2 years of experience on Problem Solving Analysis.

-1 year in office management to record and generate reports.

-1 year in quality management system.

-1 year of experience in personnel management.

Technical Knowledge:

-Written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

-Analytical methodologies, Statistics and problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).

-Management Skills.

-Core Tools.

-Basic knowledge of management system (IATF / ISO 14001).

Abilities:

-Electronic knowledge.

-Numerical ability, in mathematics and statistics.

-Computer knowledge in MS Office, spreadsheet development and report preparation.

-Advanced English.
