26-2720 Process Engineer (Assembly Engineering)

Generate and update the documentation of the assembly lines. Propose and implement improvements in production processes in order to increase productivity, improve efficiency and reduce scrap while maintaining product quality. Management and planning of activities necessary for the launch of new projects.

-Strengthen existing assembly processes and implement in new project.

-Control of workstation parameters and keep updated.

-Documentation for new projects in each project stage.

-Generate and keep updated documentation of assigned projects.

-Generate and apply operator training plan of new projects and record in trial result.

-Answer and solve customer complaints, performing and documenting root cause analysis.

-Carry out design reviews, generate open issues list and follow up it.

Requirements

Scholarship:

-Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic, Industrial or related.

Experience:

-Configuration and control of process parameters in assembly lines, 2 years.

-Generation and control of production process documents, 2 Years.

- Launch of new projects, minimum 2 years.

Technical Knowledge:

-Robots management.

-PLC.

-Troubleshooting Tools,

-Electronics.

-Core Tools.

Abilities:

-Advanced English.
